Owner Operatrors can be home when ever you like. We have a true non forced dispatch. Most owner operators like to run thru the week and come home on the weekends.
PAY:
Here at Road Runner Dawes, we run set lanes or "dedicated lanes." Pay depends on the lane that you choose to run. We pay loaded and empty miles plus the current fuel surcharge. Pay can be as high as 1.90 mile.

Truck info:
Trucks need to be 7 years or newer. We have a plate and insurance program, no upfront costs will deduct from settlement, or can run under own plates/insurance. Can lease trailer from us if you do not have one.

Orientation is 1 day and is held at the closest terminal to you.
Job Requirements:
1 years OTR experience (Interstate)
No more than 5 jobs 3 years
No more than 1 moving violation in past year
No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years
No major violations in past 5 years
No more than 1 preventable accident in past 3 years
24 years of age
CDL with Hazardous Materials endorsement or willing To obtain within 90 days
No suspensions or revocations for moving violations in past 3 years
