NFI offers local driving jobs, regional driving jobs, and OTR drivign jobs.

Pay is between $700 to $1300 per week. (depending on experience and the position your in.)

Some drivers are hourly and some drivers get paid by the mile.

Many bonuses included.

Trucks are late model and well maintained.

Local trucks are daycabs. International day cabs.

Regional trucks are sleepers. Freighliners and Peterbilts.

Tractor Parking:  NFI’s Northeast Region Parking facilities are located in Lawnside , NJ ; Vineland , NJ ; Edison , NJ ; Allentown , PA ; Newburgh , NY ; Albany , NY .  If you live within 50 miles of these locations you must park @ our location.  If you reside more than 50 miles from any of these locations you will need to have a safe/secure/private location to park a tractor & trailer when you take your home time.  If you have a private parking location other than your property we will need written permission from the property owner & NFI’s Security Dept will need to approve the location.

We offer a competitive benefit package that includes major medical, dental, vision, Rx, Life Insurance, Long Term Disability and Short Term Disability, a 401k plan, paid holiday’s & vacation time, and bonus opportunities that include safety, performance, longevity and referral.  Medical benefits are available to you immediately if you wish.  Safety Bonus, 1st year potential $800.  Longevity Bonus, we will reward you for your loyalty to NFI.  On your 1 year anniversary you will receive a $1,000 bonus, $1,250 @ year 2, $1,500 @ year 3, $1,750 @ year 4 and $1,500 @ year 5 and beyond.  Referral Bonus, we will pay $1,000 to a driver who refers another driver to NFI.  The referred driver must reach 90 days tenure for the bonus to be paid.

Career pathing gives all eligible National Freight drivers (existing and new hire) the ability to transfer into different available driving positions throughout all divisions and accounts. (local, dedicated, etc.) Performance and Safety Eligibility Requirements are as follows: 

Account availablility in your home area/Lenth of service, (six months continuous service), Safety Performance, ontime performance, customer service, attendance, seniority and manager review.
