Company Info:

*MOSTLY DROP AND HOOK / NO TOUCH FREIGHT!

*ASSIGNED TRUCKS! THAT ARE ALWAYS TAKEN HOME!

*LATE MODEL FLEET!

*Drivers are home every 14 days for a FULL 2 days. Not just a reset.

*Canadian regional drivers are home weekly!

* 5 PAID WEEKS OFF PER YEAR! SO YOU CAN TAKE A VACATION EVERY 90 DAYS!

*Pay raise of .1 cpm every 120,000 miles with NO PAY CAP! The best raises in the business!

* Drivers average anywhere from 2,500 to 3,400 miles per week! YOU DO THE MATH!

*Company expectation is for you to run at least 2,500 miles per week.

* AVERAGE LEGNTH OF HAUL PER LOAD IS 1,000 MILES!

*Team average 4000 to 6000 miles per week!

*Weekly pay!

*Driver referral fee is $1000

HOMETIME: (two options your choice)

Drivers are off 1 day for every 7 worked.

14 days out = 2 FULL days off not just a reset.

Drivers willing to run Canada regional can be home weekly.

PAY:

1-2 years.....................................$0.31 cpm

3+ years.......................................$0.32 cpm

2 years at previous carrier……$0.33 cpm

Additional .03 cpm for hazmat loads IF you have your hazmat. Hazmat is not required.

Extra Stops: 1st -$30….2nd-$40….3rd-$80…..4th-$100

Detention pay: $15 per hour after 4 hours. $150 a day max.

Saftey bonus: .01 per mile

This is not a "padded" pay scale. You will also receive other bonus's and safety bonus's. Also you will receive .01 cpm pay raise every 120,000 miles with NO PAY CAP FOR YOUR CAREER!

1 WEEK OFF + $600 FOR 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY

Celadon Trucking Services runs Freightliner Columbia and Freightliner Century trucks.

Trucks are generaly 3 years or newer. Average age of fleet is 1.5 years old.

Trucks are strait 10's.

ORIENTATION:

Orientation is in Indianapolis, IN. We pay for all travel and all arrangements. Orientation is Monday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Friday. Orientation is 2 1/2 days long. You will receive your truck the last day of orientation.
