You can run all Nationwide or regional. We hire Solo Company drivers and Solo Owner Operators. We have about 600 trucks.

*Trucks are assigned!

*No trucks over 3 years old!

*EZ Pass in the trucks!

*Pre-Pass in the trucks!

*90% DROP AND HOOK FREIGHT/NO TOUCH FRIEGHT!!

*$800.00 driver refferal bonus.

*Ryder policy.

*Pet policy!

*NO NYC!

*Pay is everyweek and direct deposit if you choose.

HOME TIME two optinons your choice:

*12-14 Days . You will be home for 2 days.

*Home every week. (Not a guarantee to be on every Saturday and Sunday.)

PAY:

*Pay depends on the region that you run.

*Detention pay is $12.50 per hour.

*Layover pay is $35.00.

*Loads 100 miles or less $50.00.

*Extra stop pay is $30. 00 excluding first and last.

Trucks:

Arnold Transportation runs Freightliner Columbia and Freightliner Century trucks.

Trucks are generaly 3 years or newer. Average age of fleet is 1.5 years old.

60% of the trucks are Autoshift. The other 40% are strait 10's.

ORIENTATION:

Orientation arrangements are paid for by us. We cover travel, hotel, and lunch. You will be responsible for your dinner. Orientation is in Jacksonville FL, Camp Hill PA, or Grand Prairie TX depending on what terminal you are closest to. Orientation is 3 days long. You can go to orientation Mon-Wed. You will be dispatched the last day of orientation. Terminals are throughout the nation. There is a terminal closer to you. These are the only locations that we do orientation at.
